JND Creations Vision

In a world full of IKEA box furniture and Kmart kitchenware, I'm dedicated as a maker to creating pieces that can genuinely be described as "One of a kind, throughout the world". 

"My Aunty has the same bowls, my neighbour has those exact cups, Bob down the road has that same artwork on his wall". If you buy JND, you can be guaranteed those aren't words you will hear when you show your friends and family your new creation.    

Custom Creations

Creating custom, one of a kind pieces is what JND Creations is all about. All my creations are listed in my online store here on the website. If you'd like to discuss a specific idea/ creation that you want made, please feel free to contact me via social media or email. 

If you decide you want me to go ahead with your creation, a 50% deposit is required before work can begin. This is non-refundable. Once completed, the deposit will be deducted from the total price and the balance owing will need to be paid before the creation is shipped to you. 

The current wait time on custom pieces is: 4 weeks

As content creation is a major part of my business, I may document the process of your custom build for my website/ social media sites. Please understand that the creation you have purchased is owned by you, but the content created around the build process/ finish shots is owned by JND Creations and is not included in the sale of your custom piece. You are welcome to share the content on social media, providing due credit is give

Shipping Creations

Everything I create is hand made and at times can be fragile. Due care is always taken when packaging creations to ensure they are as protected as possible for shipping. However, shipping is solely at the buyers risk. If an item is damaged during shipping, this issue will need to be raised with the shipping company directly. I do offer additional postage insurance through my online store. This insurance is purchased through the postal company and is not insured through my business. If a claim needs to be made, all policies provided by the postal company will need to be followed. If you are not purchasing through my store for a custom piece, please notify me that you wish to include additional postage insurance before the order is completed. 

In person collection is always advised.

Returns/ Refunds

Due to the hand made nature of all JND pieces, returns and refunds are not a service I offer. Please choose wisely if purchasing directly from my online store. If we have discussed/ are discussing a custom piece, please make sure you include every detail you are visualising, as I can only work with the information I'm provided and not with what may be considered as "inferred".
